Harvard Graduate School of Design Career Discovery Architecture Studio 2008 & 2009

Selected through a competitive process to lead and manage a design studio during the GSD Career Discovery Program.

The studio consisted of seven undergraduate students, most of them without architectural pre-education. As a studio instructor I was responsible for developing the academic goal and process, prepare the studio design tasks, exercises, schedules, analytic tools, office visits, field trips, etc. One of my emphasis was to encourage character building through class discussions.

The studio worked through different analytic and modelling tools and architectural scales/typologies, starting with the Carpenter Center, a small residential exercise and finally a large mixed use project in South Boston.
